There is nothing better than starting the year with greater evenness of mind and a brightened heart. The January 1st retreat will be on "Karuna and Upekkha". (Compassion and Equanimity)
Both retreats (Dec.14th and Jan.1st) will allow for relaxation, ease and comfort. The retreats both include sitting and walking meditation, qigong with Nancy Lasseter, and a dhamma talk by Ayya Mārajinā.
The retreat will start at 9 am, (come early to settle in) and will end at 4pm. It is possible to attend half day, from 9-1 pm.
Cushions and chairs supplied.
Please bring a vegetarian dish to share for lunch.
