The DC Academy of Family Physician (DCAFP) will be hosting its annual meeting and installation of officers. We are honored to have Dr. Kisha Davis, AAFP President-Elect, officiate the ceremony. The program will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:45 PM, followed by our installation of officers, and CME presentation by Dr. Yalda Jabbarpour, Medical Director of Policy Studies at the Robert Graham Medical Center.

We would like to thank our members for their dedication to patient care, teaching, service, and scholarship by recognizing your accomplishments. This is an opportunity to learn about the DC Chapter activities, meet the AAFP Board, and support the candidates for positions on this year's DCAFP Board of Directors.

• Are you a student, resident or fellow who presented a poster or case/paper at a local/regional or national conference in 2024-2025? Please let us know so we can recognize your hard work during the annual DCAFP meetingduring the cocktail reception. Please send your name, contact information, where the research was presented, and an abstract to [email protected] by Monday November 3rd.
• Did you recently receive a local/national award, or were recognized by your peers or department? Please allow us to announce your accomplishment. Please email [email protected] to let us know by Monday November 3rd.

Please note: There is fee of $25.00 for all guests and non-DCAFP members. Payments can be made in CASH ONLY onsite or via eventbrite or via checks made payable to DCAFP. If you are bringing a guest, please register them separately.
