Topic: "I Am The Breath: A Somatic Micro Experience"

Description: The breath is our first medicine. Combined with the subtle awakening of micro breathing, it becomes a bridge—to deeper presence, expanded perception, and the quiet knowing of “I AM.” In this immersive workshop, I AM Knowing Co. founders Christian and Ella Light reveal how micro breathwork can harmonize to dissolve old patterns and awaken the heart. Together, we’ll journey through a guided breathwork practice and close with an open conversation for questions, reflections, and integration.

When: Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm (Speaker at 6:30pm)

Where: LoDo Studios, 216 E. Gutierrez Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101(Please only park across the street on the Office Max side of the lot.)

Speaker: Christian Light & Ella Light - Co-Founders of I Am, Medicine & Breathwork Facilitators

Christian and Ella Light are the co-founders of I AM, an organic mushroom edible company and wellness community devoted to helping people remember their true nature. Christian, a former attorney turned medicine facilitator, has served hundreds of clients in ceremonial settings, guiding them toward greater clarity, connection, and self-realization. Drawing from years of study in awareness-based practices, embodiment work, and nature’s medicines, his approach blends the practical and the mystical—offering tools for transformation that are both grounded and profound.

Ella is a certified breathwork facilitator and psychedelic integration coach with decades of experience in media and wellness, where she helped grow one of the first digital wellness and entertainment brands into a multi-million-dollar platform. Through breath-led practices and integrative coaching, she creates spaces for release, reconnection, and renewal—lovingly guiding others home to themselves, one breath at a time.
