The District House is a weekly gathering and core benefit of District216. Guests are welcome to arrive for part or all of the evening to meet community members, connect with visiting speakers, and engage in thoughtful conversations across psychedelics, wellness, creativity, and conscious culture. 💜

Topic: "Give Yourself Permission: Unlock the Confidence to Lead with Intuition"

Description: Cortney's talks explore what she calls "The Science of Trust" and remind us that, in a time ruled by technology, "Inner Intelligence" is the greatest technology there is.

Her most popular keynote explores three key findings in three separate fields—neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum theory—all of which reveal one remarkable conclusion: Your directed consciousness is determining your experience.

From a practical perspective, Cortney then shows us how to direct that more actively: i.e., how to use our minds and bodies for what we want (instead of what we don't).

Fluent in four languages, Cortney splits her time between Italy and the US.
