The District House (Wed. 03/18 Workshop with Zendo Stereo Music Journey)

The District House is a weekly gathering and core benefit of District216. Guests are welcome to arrive for part or all of the evening to meet community members, connect with visiting speakers, and engage in thoughtful conversations across psychedelics, wellness, creativity, and conscious culture. 💜

Interactive Workshop: "Zendo Stero: Music Mindfulness Journey"

Description: Zendo Stereo offers a psychedelic listening experience where we gather in community, lie down, and close our eyes, using wireless headphones to enjoy a seamless 1-hour journey of carefully selected music and sound with simple prompts to deepen your mindfulness practice. This experience helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost creativity. Leonardo Canneto will guide you through this simple but powerful musical journey, helping calm your nervous system, create space for self-reflection, and reconnect with your inner self.

When: Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm (Workshop at 6:30pm)

Where: LoDo Studios, 216 E. Gutierrez Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101(Please only park across the street on the Office Max side of the lot.)

Members are Free to attend The District House evenings, and are prioritized when we reach capacity.

Facilitator: Leonardo Canneto, Zendo Stereo Founder

Leonardo Canneto is a musical innovator who blends mindfulness with sonic experiences. Originally from Argentina, he began his musical career in New York City at 18, recording albums, producing music, and touring as a multi-instrumentalist before settling in Los Angeles.

In 2018, he founded Zendo Stereo: Music Mindfulness, a groundbreaking concept combining live musical performances with guided meditation. The project has attracted over 35,000 hours of streamed sets 1 hour sets online, and sold-out crowds across the United States.

Leonardo collaborates with mental health clinics, wellness practicioners + technologies, and was invited to speak at MIT Santa Barbara on "Music, Mindfulness and Altered States". Initiated into Vedic Meditation in 2007, he continues to pioneer the intersection of music, consciousness, and healing, drawing from Eastern philosophy and psychedelic medicine traditions.
