The Distribution Table is pulling up to Richmond.
In partnership with the NAAIA Central Virginia Chapter and The Black Friday Network (TBFN), we’re creating a space for agents, brokers, producers, industry professionals—and those looking to learn more about agency ownership—to connect, talk strategy, and build.

The Distribution Table isn’t your typical networking event. It’s an intentional gathering designed around real conversation about what it takes to grow, compete, and create opportunity in today’s insurance marketplace.
And the mission is bigger than one event.
We’re focused on two things:
Increasing the number of Black-owned insurance agencies.
Increasing access to capacity and carrier appointments for Black agency owners.
Expect a room full of people who understand the business, a space built for authentic dialogue, and a community committed to helping each other win. We’ll kick off with a focused 10-minute micro-talk, then open up the table for conversation where insight turns into strategy—and strategy turns into action.
Whether you own an agency, work in the industry, are considering the independent agency path, or simply want to understand how you can help strengthen Black insurance distribution, there’s a seat at the table for you.
This isn’t about collecting business cards.
It’s about exchanging game, building relationships, expanding access, and creating opportunity.
