Offline spaces are filling up. Slow grandma hobbies are having a renaissance. And somewhere between the group chats and the highlight reels, people are remembering what it felt like to just be somewhere, fully.

Think of it as your grandmother's and grandfather's Sunday afternoon unhurried, tactile, full but make it communal, make it Karen, and make it yours!

HOW THE DAY MOVES

10:00 AM Yoga, stretches & breathwork

We open slow. Movement, breath, grass underfoot. No experience needed just show up.

12:00 PM Me-time

A quiet hour with no agenda. Bring whatever hobby makes you feel like yourself knitting, sketching, journalling, napping in the sun. This time belongs to you.

2:00 PM Flower Atelier

All materials provided. A facilitator guides the session. You leave with a bouquet made by your own hands and something harder to name but easier to feel.

All day Herbal teas & warm drinks

Carry your own food picnic style. Snacks and drinks also sold on-site. Come with your favourite blanket.

• ​Your hobby kit for the “Me-Time” session: this could be a Reading, Journaling, Drawing, Knitting, Crotchet, Writing, Stargazing, Napping, Colouring, Sketchpad, Painting, Clay modelling, Photography, Chess, Walking, Meditating, Beading, Flute, Badminton, Violin, Solitude e.t.c— anything you enjoy doing solo.
• ​A yoga mat A must for the breathwork and yoga session.
• A Maasai shuka to lay and sit on during the day.
• ​Comfortable clothing—Dress for ease and movement. We’ll be doing Yoga, sitting outdoors, and relaxing into the day. Carry an extra layer of clothes because of the changing weather.
• ​A physical book if reading is your chosen hobby please note: (no e-readers or phones).
