• ​​Your hobby kit for the “Me-Time” session: this could be a Reading, Journaling, Drawing, Knitting, Crotchet, Writing, Stargazing, Napping, Colouring, Sketchpad, Painting, Clay modelling, Photography, Chess, Walking, Meditating, Beading, Flute, Badminton, Violin, Solitude e.t.c— anything you enjoy doing solo.
• ​​A shuka or yoga mat for the breathwork and yoga session.
• ​​Comfortable clothing—Dress for ease and movement. We’ll be doing Yoga, sitting outdoors, and relaxing into the day. Carry an extra layer of clothes because of the changing weather.
• ​​A physical book if reading is your chosen hobby please note: (no e-readers or phones).

​​​Community Hobby Session
Flower Arrangement - while spending 8hrs OFFLINE Together we shall be building and creating with our hands.
A 2 HR mindful and grounding session of The Disconnect event meant for Presence, Conversations and Connection within the Community.
