THE DINAH HOTEL PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Hotel rooms include a two night stay at The Riviera Resort . At check out, you choose either a Friday or a Sunday. A Saturday night stay is required. All hotel suites come with premium passes included in the price. Premium passes get first dibs on purchasing a cabana/daybed. Cabana/Daybeds go on sale when Premium Passes are sold out. If you wish to extend your stay up to five nights, please purchase an additional night in the room category you booked in. Pick the extra night you want to stay.
By purchasing The Dinah Hotel room, you agree to all Dinah policies regarding reservation deposits and cancellations.
DINAH CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no cancellations and no refunds. No exceptions for any reason.
MAX ROOM OCCUPANCY/IN-ROOM PARTIES
Please note: Your room occupancy is listed in the additional info section when you order. Room occupancy is strictly enforced by the htoel. No in-room parties or gatherings above occupancy are allowed. Violation of either policies will subject the guest to expulsion and a $500 penalty, charged to your card on file at the hotel. You agree to this term when you purchase your room at this site.

EARLY DEPARTURE
You may change your dates of reservation up to 45 days prior to original arrival. Within 45 days, changes are at the descretion of the producer. No changes are allowed within 30 days. You must request a change in writing to [email protected]. In the event of a no-show or an early check-out, you will be charged for the entire stay.
PARKING
Driving? Let us make it easier for you. Overnight valet parking is $18 per night. Overnight self-parking for one standard-sized vehicle is included in your Resort Fee.
RESORT FEE
A daily Resort Fee is included with your purchase. This entitles you to parking for one standard-sized vehicle, resort-wide wireless internet, in-room coffee service, two (2) complimentary bottles of water, in-room safe, local phone calls, fitness center access, use of business center, bike rentals, resort games and golf club storage.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY
You will need a valid credit card at check in for incidentals. The hotel does not take cash. The hotel will not check you in without a credit card on file with the hotel.
HELP KEEP PARADISE GREEN
We're committed to conserving paradise's resources at Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs by saving energy and water. During your stay, bed linens will be replaced every three days. If you would like them changed sooner, please contact our housekeeping team. As a reminder, leaving your towel on the rack indicates you'll use it again. If your towel is on the floor, we will replace it. Thank you for helping us keep paradise green.
PET POLICY
We are happy to welcome your beloved pets (cats, dogs, and feathered friends) to our desert oasis in paradise. A $75 pet fee per stay for each pet will be added to your account.
RIVIERA RESORT RULES AND POLICYS
Please note – the policies exclusive to The Riviera may differ from The Dinah rules and policies. Anywhere you might find conflicting policies between The Dinah and The Riviera, such as, for instance, our cancellation policy or our deposit policy -vs- the hotels, our policies supersedes. REFUND POLICY
WE ENFORCE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for any reason, including without limitation, failure to use credentials due to illness, death, pandemics, acts of God, travel related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. Should we, or the Government, or any other entity of United States authority, require we postpone The Dinah 2025, you must provide, within fifteen days of the postponement announcement, a written requests that you would like a refund. We will put your package up for resale and when it sells, we will reimburse you.
In the event of a government mandated postponement, and you do not write us within 14 days requesting a refund, you acknowledge agreement to the following terms: we will issue new dates as soon as we are allowed. If you can not make the new dates, you will be issued a credit for a future date until you are able to attend.
WRISTBANDS & TICKET POLICY
You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive an order confirmation the same day, please contact us. You MUST present the Eventbrite Confirmation letter, plus a valid ID and the credit card you ordered with, to retrieve your wristband. Please note: If you are buying tickets for others, your guests tickets will be in their name. You must be present to retrieve all tickets ordered. Tickets will not be released to anyone other than the original purchaser. There are no exceptions.
Wristbands WILL NOT be mailed. Festival Passes will be available at WILL CALL in the Desert Conference Center ofRiveria Resort (located at the rear of the hotel, at the ballrooms) at listed times or at the door of any event. On site ticket purchase will be available at each party, if tickets are still available. Best to purchase all tickets in advance.
If you are ordering for other people, you must list all names and email addresses in order for them to receive their confirmation letter. Lost or stolen confirmation letters that have been fraudulently used to gain entrance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you lose your confirmation letter and think it may potentially be used to gain admittance, contact us immediately. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your ticket's value, if someone else has used it.
Any disputes arising out of a ticket purchase online or at the event will be governed by California law. Wearing a wristband is a condition of attending this event. All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.
FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
All events are 21 and over. All events are rain or shine. ARTIST SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATION Artists are subject to change, cancellation and or replacement, including on the dates of performance and scheduled talent. Should we postpone a date entirely, we will offer a replacement date and your tickets will be transferred to the replacement date. There are no refunds for any reason. All sales are final. The Dinah is not responsible for errors and omissions. Please check this page for updates. All updates are binding, regardless of when you purchased your ticket.
REASONS FOR EXPULSION (IN PART)
UNKIND BEHAVIOR
Harassing or making anyone at The Dinah intentionally feel uncomfortable is not tolerated. The Dinah is a nice event. Dinah attendees are nice. Any person entering any event prior to opening, or trying to sneak in, will be evicted from the premises. Unkind behavior to The Dinah staff wil lresult in your expulsion without refund.
HANDING OUT UNAPPROVED PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The Dinah guests are prohibited from handing out fliers or promoting any goods or services without prior written consent from the producer. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
OVER INTOXIFICATION OF ANY KIND
Over intoxification will result in event removal without refund.
UNAPPROVED MEDIA
No professional cameras or videos are allowed at The Dinah. You must receive media approval from The Dinah publicist, Mona Elyai. Professional photographers and videographers may contact her at [email protected]. If you do not have approval and you are caught taking professional shots of any nature at the dinah, you will be asked to leave without refund.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
All guests agree to participate in promotional, publicity, or merchandising pictures of the guests during this event. The guest hereby agrees that MT Productions, Inc, dba The Dinah, and affiliates may use film and photographs from our events, including images of our attendees, for promotional and advertising purposes. The guest hereby authorizes the reproduction, sale, copyright, broadcast and /or distribution of said video, sound recording and pictures without limitations. The guest further agrees and releases MT Productions, Inc. dba The Dinah, their sponsors, representatives and agents from any liability, loss, expense or claims arising from distribution, broadcast, sale or use of his or her likeness or voice. The guest certifies that he/she is over 21 years of age. If a guest desires not to be included in any promotional videos and pictures, please avoid the camera and if you feel you were photographed or filmed, let the camera person know you do not want to be included. We do not have control over the media in attendance. MT Productions, Inc dba The Dinah, can not guarantee your likeness will not be included in promotional or news materials.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 21+ to attend all events. Photo ID will be required at the entrance to all events.
Are there Covid Vaccination or proof of PCR test requirements?
No. There are no longer Covid restrictions for large events.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Riveria Resort Palm Springs offers valet parking and there are rideshare services throughout Palm Springs.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring - Friends, sunscreen, and good vibes!
Do not bring - Outside food or drinks, beach chairs, umbrellas, water guns, bad attitudes, weapons, or anything else that can be used to hurt someone. Be nice. Play nice. Dinah is nice.

Is my registration/ticket refundable or can it be transferred?
All purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions. Your purchase may be transferred to the next year at the discretion of MT Productions, Inc. If allowed, there will be a minimum transfer charge of $50.00 and the price difference of your ticket. No credits will be given if the current price is less than the price at which you purchased. Please address your transfer requests to Mariah Hanson in writing at [email protected].
