The Devil’s Botany Absinthe Experience

Step inside Devil’s Botany Distillery in East London for an guided absinthe experience hosted by the same team behind cocktail bars The Absinthe Parlour and The Natural Philosopher in East London.
Your afternoon begins with a Devil's Botany Absinthe & Tonic — a crisp, botanical welcome drink showcasing how absinthe's complex herbal character shines in a long serve.
Next, we take you on a guided tasting journey through the Devil's Botany range. Starting with our Wormwood Vodka, you'll explore how wormwood transforms a classic spirit into something unexpectedly layered and distinctive. From there, we move to our London Dry Gin, where the bright, juniper-forward character meets the botanical depth that defines the Devil's Botany approach to distillation.
We then step into the world of Absinthe with a tasting of our London Absinthe — bold, aromatic and expertly made, putting paid to the myths surrounding one of the world's most misunderstood spirits.
After the tasting, we take a tour of the distillery, where you'll learn about the botanicals, production techniques and history behind our spirits and the wider world of absinthe.
Finally, we return to the bar to close the experience as it deserves — with a traditional absinthe ritual. Using the classic fountain, spoon and sugar cube, chilled water slowly drips into Devil's Botany Absinthe Regalis, releasing its signature layers of wormwood, anise and warming spice.
Guests are then invited to sample any additional Devil's Botany spirit of their choice, with the opportunity to purchase bottles directly from the distillery.
