The Detroit CSA Welcomes Claroty and Invicti!
About this Event

Claroty:

This past year has seen an escalation of coordinated attacks against OT and IoT systems, with a renewed focus on critical infrastructure. Cyber criminals have realized that attacking these weakened systems can lead to massive payouts, chaos, and even loss of life. These attacks are organized, more sophisticated, and unabashedly targeting non-traditional targets such as manufacturing, air, rail, power generation, and water treatment. Attacks against these systems that our society relies upon will rapidly expand into 2023 and beyond. Unfortunately, OT will continue to be a bullseye for cyber attacks in the coming year. How did we get here, and more importantly, where do we go?

•Top 5 OT/ICS security trends emerging from 2022

•Top 5 OT/ICS security predictions moving into 2023

•What can we do about it, and where do we start?

Claroty was founded in 2015 in New York City by three experts and innovators with a shared vision for a future where cyber and physical worlds can safely connect to sustain our lives. Today, Claroty empowers industrial, healthcare, and commercial organizations globally to secure all cyber-physical systems(CPS) in their most critical environments: the Extended Internet of Things (XIoT).

Claroty’s comprehensive portfolio covers all use cases, XIoT devices, and cybersecurity and operational objectives across the entire cyberphysical systems protection journey. All these capabilities are highly scalable and broadly suitable — regardless of whether a customer is just getting started on their cyberphysical systems protection journey or are looking to mature an existing program.

Keith brings more than 20 years of experiences with extensive accomplishments across a career of OT and IoT solution architecture.

Previously serving as the chief architect for many of the world’s most critical OT and IoT networks and solutions, Keith has enabled the digital transformation of some of the worlds most critical infrastructure, including utility distribution networks, midstream pipeline networks, manufacturers, smart cities, and more.

Keith holds a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Invicti:

As cloud-native applications become more widespread, organizations face unique securitychallenges. In this session from Invicti's CTO & Head of Security Research, Frank Catucci, you will explore how a cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) can helporganizations address these problems. We will discuss the benefits of CNAPP, includingreal-time vulnerability detection, automated compliance management, and improvedvisibility into application security. Attendees will gain practical guidance on successfullyimplementing CNAPP within their organization, including selecting the right solution andintegrating it with existing security tools. By attending this session, you will learn how CNAPP can improve your organization's security posture, reduce risk, and ensurecompliance in a cloud-native environment.

Frank Catucci is a global application security technical leader with over 20 years ofexperience, designing scalable application security specific architecture, partnering withcross-functional engineering and product teams. Frank is a past OWASP Chapter Presidentand contributor to the OWASP bug bounty initiative and most recently was the Head ofApplication & Product Security at Data Robot. Prior to that role, Frank was the Sr. Directorof Application Security & DevSecOps and Security Researcher at Gartner, and was also theDirector of Application Security for Qualys. Outside of work and hacking things, Frank and his wife maintain a family farm. He is an avid outdoors fan and loves all types of fishing, boating, watersports, hiking, camping and especially dirt bikes and motorcycles.
