(What else to call it!) is a Festive Winter dinner party in London via the taste of Lahore and Kolkata.

We are deși chefs, and so we can't help but add masala to the classic xmas menu and make theme our own.

Why Panic Daal you ask? Don’t panic, we will tell you -

Sohini and Numra (yes us!) are two friends who love cooking together, love adding our special chaska sbāda to every meal, and LOVE panicking there isn’t enough food!

PANIC DAAL is a homage to that extra dish we ALWAYS cook last minute at our events. It’s that humble pantry staple every desi chef knows by heart, main ingredient being a literal panic there won’t be enough food. Of course there is always enough to eat, too much in fact.

PANIC DAAL dinners are the fabulous feasting indulgence we all need!
