Join us at West Side Yoga 108 for a sound journey with Kayla Sibilia (ALTÆR Sound) and Nicole Benisch (Alchemia Sound) incorporating the magic of Kayla’s gongs and metal singing bowls with Nicole’s crystal alchemy bowls, melodic vocals and more, to celebrate the release of Autumn, and prepare the soil of our bodies, minds and spirits for the descent through Samhain, to Winter Solstice. As the leaves fall to the ground, we can see the whole sky through the bare branches. Clear seeing is the gift for letting go. This is the alchemy of aligning ourselves to the ever unfolding rhythms and cycles of Nature! We descend and rise, seasonally, daily, and with each breath in and out. What we release is transformed, just as the leaves that fall to the ground become nourishment for the soil, and the seeds that spread on the wind, and by our hands become next season's thriving bounty.
