TRE or Trauma/Tension/Stress Release exercises is an innovative series of gentle exercises and stretches that safely activate a natural relfex mechanism of shaking or vibrating. This process releases stored trauma, tension and stress in the body while activating one's innate wisdom within. TRE allows a person to heal without having to relive experiences and creates more capacity for an inner transformation to take form, post traumatic growth.
This will be a candelit ceremony as we bring in the themes of scorpio, the season of transformation. It is here where we move through embodiments of the scorpion and eagle to meet our rebirth as the phoenix. The thinning of the veil between realms is potent during this time and through TRE we will also access the release of ancestral trauma and invoke our ancestral gifts in honor and rememberance.

An intentionally curated playlist has been created to move out of the mind and into the vastness of your heart and depth of your body. Music has the ability to drop deeper into this transformative experience and support your body's tremors.
We will close the ceremony with an integration piece so you can feel into the spacious that you will have created. Resources and aftercare will be provided, along with tips to creating your own practice.
