The Defensive Blade: Women's Self Defense

Knife fighting and self defense class designed and taught by women for women.

Skye Hilton will introduce you to 2 different knife fighting systems based on Dwight McLemore's knife fighting methods; tactical knife and Bowie knife.

This class will cover strikes, footwork, grapples, and ground work. There is a lot of movement, so come prepared for a work out!

We will also discuss common sense self defense, situational awareness, and when to run, fight or comply.

All training equipment will be provided. Participants should wear full length workout pants or tights, and a long sleeve or rash guard shirt. Jewelry such as rings, bracelets, long necklaces, long earrings or other body piercings that risk getting tangled or caught, should not be worn.
