Death Carry: teams of 3, 10 stations, 90m carry controls the workout. Strikes = burpees. 3 strikes and you’re out. Gets harder every round.About this Event
👥 THE FORMAT
- Groups of 3
- 10 stations
- 1 Farmer’s Carry + 9 work stations
The twist?
👉 The farmer’s carry controls the entire workout
Each time a team hits the carry:
- You must complete 90m total as a team
- Once the team finishes… everyone rest
- Then you move on
As the rounds go on: Rest gets shorter, Fatigue builds, Pressure increases
💀 THE STRIKE SYSTEM
This is where it gets interesting.
- Stop working = strike
- Poor effort = strike
- Try to hide = strike
👉 When a strike is called:
The entire class stops and does 3 burpees
❌ ELIMINATION
- 3 strikes… and you’re OUT
- Your team carries on without you
👉 But the workload doesn’t change
- 3 people = 90m total
- 2 people = still 90m
- 1 person = still 90m
It only gets harder.
⚠️ EXPECT
- High intensity
- Team pressure
- A workout that gets progressively harder
Everyone will start but only 1 group will finish.
