You’ve heard of the awards “30 Under 30” and “40 Over 40”, but there’s a new award in town for local leaders, one that embraces Charlotte's youth movement. wants to recognize those in Gen Z & Gen Alpha who are giving back to Charlotte and empowering others in all that they do.

TDL's 20 Under 20 Awards ceremony and publication presented by creates a pipeline of extraordinary talent for local companies, fosters creativity & growth for youth, creates networking opportunities for young & experienced professionals, brings more jobs and Charlotte-owned businesses to our community, and provides a sense of belonging in the Queen City.

Honorees will have the opportunity to meet inspirational professionals from their desired career field, connect with mentors, build their own professional brand, hone in on their purpose, develop traits as an empathetic leader, and become part of an empowering network of future world-changers.
