Join us for an unforgettable evening at The Dean with our Five Course Wine Dinner, featuring chef-curated dishes thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from some of the country’s most celebrated regions and producers.Experience a journey of refined flavors beginning with Smoked Sweet Potato Soup accented by pork belly, fried leek and carrot, and a touch of apricot–jalapeño jelly with dill. Continue with the Duck Rillette Cigar served alongside a bold hot n’ sweet sauce, followed by Doppio Ravioli filled with braised lamb, polenta, and beech mushrooms, complemented by braised greens and paprikas.
The entrée course showcases a perfectly cooked Black Angus Ribeye with potato croquette, cherry harissa, and sumac, leading to a luxurious finale of Cheesecake and Chocolate Crémeux enhanced with blood orange gelée, Texas olive oil, fennel chantilly, and pistachio dukkah.
