Thursday, July 9th at 6:00 pm at Cellar Door Bookstore: a deadly plague, three Drag Queens we will definitely be trusting our lives with, and Ryan la Sala, the amazing author of The Dead of Summer!
Our incredible Drag Queens, Kelly K and Scalene Onyx, and Athena Kills AND the author of The Dead of Summer, Ryan la Sala! Yes!!!! Do you believe in the heroism of Drag Queens? Story time, kind of, for the young adults and adults who have been so wishing for a Drag Story Time of their own! This will be a ticketed event on Thursday, July 9th. If you haven’t had a chance to read The Dead of Summer, now is the time because this event is going to be deadly fun! Face Painting (or is it?), games, snacks and a community that takes care of each other even when the coral hits the fan!
Tickets include one copy of the newly released paperback of The Dead of Summer (we know lots of you already have the hardback, so we’ll be donating the paperback to Rainbow Pride Youth Alliance or you can give yours to someone you love!), snacks and games. The amazing make-up artist MLD will also be here for those of you who would like to feel the infection more personally.
