On Thursday, July 11th, The Sovereign will debut Kemker Kultuur! On this night, we will feature 5 drafts from this small farmhouse brewery from Münster, GermanyKemker Kultuur was founded in 2017 by Nicole and Jan Kemker. It all started with the question, “How we can live and change agriculture in our region?” Their answer is the production of natural cider and beer in the Münsterland. They have a singular focus on hyper-local ingredients, including fruit all picked by hand, much from their own farm and orchards.
Don’t miss your chance to try this special lineup of beers for the first time -- including Aoltbeer (a sour ale in the Münstersch Alt style), Aenne (a spontaneously-fermented ale with whole cone Challenger hops), and Farmhouse Export (an unfiltered and unpasteurized Farmhouse Ale).
There is no admission fee for this event. All featured beers will be available a la carte.
