La Cosecha opened in 2019 with a mission to foster entrepreneurship and support social, cultural, and economic prosperity through the La Cosecha Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Infused by the energy of La Cosecha’s open market below, Balcón is a second-floor gallery event space for intimate celebrations and community gatherings. This is where we will be meeting!

Parking is available complimentary in the garage behind La Cosecha for up to three hours, and on surrounding streets- please arrive a little early to give yourself time to find La Cosecha, park, and ease into the space (2nd floor on the "Balcon" at La Cosecha).

Brigethia Arai is a seasoned creative brand strategist, culture expert, content creator, and podcaster, bringing over a decade of expertise to the dynamic realm of public relations and communications. Beyond her strategic prowess, Brigethia is also a respected content creator and podcaster. Her podcast serves as a platform for thought-provoking discussions around Black/pop culture, Black LGBTQ representation, television, fashion, and music. While bringing together influencers, experts, and voices that shape the narrative of our diverse world. With a vision that transcends conventional boundaries, Brigethia Arai stands as a beacon of inspiration in the public relations landscape. Her work not only reflects a profound understanding of the power of storytelling but also a commitment to making the communications industry a more inclusive and vibrant space. Benjamin Coy is a charismatic fashion creative and digital strategist with a strong academic and tactical background in digital communication management, event logistics, content strategy, and brand development. As a thought leader, Coy’s expertise is centered on pivotal issues such as Black queer liberation, representation, intersectionality and education equality. Coy has been featured in publications such as Vogue Club by Vogue, Fashion Bomb Daily, BlaqueOUT Magazine, Voyage Baltimore, and on-air with “Living Local DMV” on The CW. Along with being a co-host/moderator with Team Rayceen Productions, Coy is the co-host of the “Cocktails and Culture Podcast” and host of The National LGBTQ Task Force’s Instagram Live series “X is a Queer Issue” discussing intersectional topics that hinder queer folx ability to thrive. Benjamin’s innovative thinking, lively passion, and stacked credentials make him an invaluable asset to any team or business campaign.
