Introducing the David Bowie Sunset Festival — a colourful, theatrical, genre-blending celebration packed with live music, atmosphere, and those iconic festival moments only Bowie’s music can create.This is the UK’s only dedicated Bowie sunset festival, happening right here in Liverpool — beginning in The Garden @ Wav indoor garden arena and finishing in the club room directly underneath. Think the art, energy and spectacle of Bowie’s live eras… blended with summer festival production, without the cold, rain or stadium prices.
From a Bowie-inspired warm-up act to a full live tribute concert spanning Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane, Let’s Dance and more, followed by a late-night afterparty filled with glam rock, synth-pop and alternative anthems — this is one of the most immersive and visually striking nights in the entire 2026 programme.
Every guest receives a FREE branded festival lanyard and a Bowie-inspired cut-out mask on entry. Picture it: hundreds of Ziggy lightning bolts glowing and dancing together under the Garden roof._________________________________________

Liverpool’s most unique indoor-outdoor venue — clear roof, heating, giant LED wall, arena-grade lighting, artificial grass floor, and vivid colour beams that instantly put you in full Bowie mode.

At 22:00, the full crowd moves downstairs — into our underground tunnel-club, recently voted Top 8 Event Spaces in Liverpool, transformed for a Bowie-themed afterparty with glam rock, new wave, synth-pop, alt classics and late-night festival energy.
And yes — the afterparty is completely free with your ticket.
