Dear Motherless Daughter/Daughter-in-Mourning, I know that Mother's Day is a different kind of hard. This year, however; do not spend your wknd full of grief, or alone. We're pushing thru our mourning with movement!
Using kinesthetics/body movement as our means of healing and self-care cultivation; our day will begin with a special womb meditation, followed by an unforgettable, HIGH frequency (beginner friendly) Zumba class by Atl's rising Zumba Instructor @ChristinaGetsLeau. All this before concluding our sister circle with a light lunch.
