Please clear your minds of all doubt and join Florence as she brings you into The Darkened Room--a séance play. This hour-long, two-person theatrical event builds on years of research into the life of real-life medium Florence Cook and provides a look into the fascinating world of Victorian spiritualism. There will be illusions, puppetry, and seance magic!

Eva Curry is a writer & theatrical designer/director based in Portland after over a decade in NYC. This show is created and produced in collaboration with Michael Curry and Michael Curry Design. MCD is one of the preeminent creative production studios in the world. Based in Oregon for over 35 years but with a global reach, you've seen their work on Broadway (The Lion King, Frozen, Beetlejuice), at Super Bowl Halftimes, Olympics Ceremonies, and theme parks all across the world. This project is an incredible opportunity for Eva & Michael (father & daughter) to collaborate creatively for the first time!
