Do you love to dance but don’t really know how? Do you want to exercise AND have fun doing it? Well.. Cardio Dancing is by far the most fun way of getting a workout. Millions of people have jumped on the Zumba bandwagon, but Dance Fusion is different because we use Pop & Funk music instead of Latin music. There’s no experience necessary and no judgement; just fun. With The Dance Fusion Experience you’ll get a great workout and have a great time. You might even make some new friends!
