It's time to hit the streets for a scenic city walk/run in Ajax - weekdays at 7 am or 6 pm, and weekends at 9 am. Ajax Suburbs at Church/Delaney (Route E) is a Level 2 Walk/Run: 30 min running; 15 min walking; 10 min warmup and cooldown. Meet us at your neighbourhood coffee shop.
