About the Author
Angela Morris is a mentor, speaker, advocate, author, and the unfiltered voice behind Embody Her ™.
Before the titles and recognition, Angela was a young girl who grew up surrounded by chaos, dysfunction, and silence, and later became a woman who survived addiction, exploitation, betrayal, and abuse. For years, she believed the lies that she was broken, unworthy, and too far gone to rebuild her life.
She proved those lies wrong.
Angela did not simply survive; she rebuilt. She transformed pain into purpose and created a movement for women and girls who refuse to remain small, silent, or defined by their past.
Her work is deeply rooted in lived experience, cultural awareness, and the belief that true healing begins within. Through her message, Angela teaches that mindset is the blueprint, and once mastered, everything begins to change.
Today, Angela stands as living proof that no matter where someone begins, they have the power to rewrite their story, restore their confidence, and evolve into the person they were always meant to become.
She does not promise magic; she walks alongside women as they discover the strength to create it for themselves.
