Olinka Green is a nationally recognized community organizer, environmental justice advocate, poet, and educator from Dallas, Texas. For more than three decades, she has worked alongside communities impacted by environmental racism, food insecurity, economic injustice, and systemic inequality.
A respected voice in the movement for social justice, Green has organized with the Poor People's Campaign, advocated for environmental cleanup in underserved neighborhoods, and educated communities on the intersections of history, public health, race, and justice. Her work has earned recognition from numerous civic and environmental organizations for her commitment to empowering communities through education and grassroots action.
