The Critical Studio

Where theory stops being homework and starts being a creative instrument.

A day of short talks and long conversations for people who make things and want to think about why. Structuralism on arrival. A critique of ideology over coffee. Psychoanalysis before lunch. These ideas already show up in your practice whether you invited them or not - this is a chance to get properly acquainted.

Afternoon tea brings open exchange, work-sharing, and the kind of cross-pollination that only happens when an artist, writer, actor, director, a poet, and a musician are turning over the same idea from uniquely different angles.
