Our communal slow food night is an intimate seasonal gathering designed to bring neighbours together through intentional eating, ancestral health knowledge systems, and land-based connection. The three-course meal will be attuned to the season of Spring. At its heart, this project is about remembering. Remembering how to eat intentionally and ethically within a system that values fast food and overconsumption.
