Rosetta has spent over 15 years helping Black women create their ideal lives through the power of personal development and entrepreneurship.

In 2010, Rosetta began Happy Black Woman® as a personal blog to document her journey to change her life and career.

As she began to write about her experiences pursuing her big goals – from going natural to dating to quitting her job, to publishing a book to starting a business to traveling the world solo, she discovered that there were thousands of women just like her who wanted to be happy, successful and free.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and has taught leadership, business and marketing courses as an Adjunct Professor.

In her free time, you can find Rosetta traveling to the next country on her bucket list, cooking a new recipe, dancing to 80s music or watching yet another true crime show. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband, Jacarl.
