The Cosmic DanceJoin us for the inaugural launch of The Cosmic Dance at La Cantera Arts Conservatory! This event is a curation of energy that will leave you soaring on a Saturday afternoon! The Cosmic Dance is bringing together elements of sound healing, movement practice, dance, and drumming to charge you up! Bring your intentions, your heart, and a friend, and let's take it to the Cosmos together!
Cosmic dance will launch on 1/11 and will immediately start at 11:11 AM. Be there for the first vibrations of this special event!
**Grand Opening Special **
La Cantera Arts Conservatory is doing a special of $5 for entry for all events in the month of January, so jump on this special deal!
Bring water, and possibly a yoga mat for the sound healing in the beginning. This will be a lightly guided experience to take you on this Cosmic journey together. Dress comfortably and be ready to move and sweat. The flow of energy is as follows:

11:11AM - We begin to with Opening Vibrations to ground in, connect with yourself, and set your intention. This will be a lightly guided meditation and sound healing with Amitabha (Chris Campbell) and Ambrosia (Lindsay Markee)
12:30PM - The sound healing will start to seamlessly blend into a Cosmic Soup set that will call you to your feet and build the energy through dance. Expect the dance to get progressively more powerful as we prepare for the cosmic crescendo!
2:00PM - The Drumming will begin. Let your spirit fly with a improv drum circle that will send the energy up the the Cosmos through celebration! If you are a drummer (or aspiring drummer), bring your drum and feel free to co-create this final chapter of this experience!
2:45 - Closing Circle. Integrate and close out this portal and take that energy with you into the rest of your day and new year!
