The Hiring Social is where licensed and associate-level clinicians step into a space that feels more like a vibe than an interview. Think: music, small bites, meaningful conversations and stations designed to showcase the real you.

Here’s how it works:

• Mock Notation Station: We want to see your pen game. Can you break down a session in a way that’s clean, clear, and client-centered.
• Mock Session: Step into a mini-session with a “client” and flex your skills.
• CEO Conversation: Face time with our leadership, because culture matters.
• Values Assessment: Explore how your purpose aligns with ours.

Before the event, you’ll submit your resume and complete a short personality test. If invited, you’ll join us for an evening that’s equal parts social and professional where every interaction helps us see if you’re a fit for The Conversation Room.
