SWIATLO

Slow fashion brand SWIATLO, founded by Liz Hartman Sitaraman in 2019, is pronounced “swee-AT-lo”, and means “light/to illuminate” in Polish, an ode to her matrilineal heritage. SWIATLO focuses on small-batch capsule collections crafted from ajrakh blockprints and handloom kala cotton textiles. The best-selling style however is the free-size saree kaftan, made from carefully selected vintage sarees by an all-womens stitching unit in Okhla. SWIATLO exports worldwide, primarily to the USA and Dubai.

Eartthry is the result of a 300 year old handicrafts legacy. It stands for ancestry, sustainability and design. We work to recreate and redesign handicrafts into unique homeware items.

We are focused on our goal to sustain our local artisans, heritage and encourage centuries old craftsmanship which is now on the verge of extinction.

At Eartthry, every collection tells a story. The collection and its pieces talk about their origin, the inspiration from which they born and the journey they have had.

It could be travelling across the sands of Persia to the Ottoman Empire, or following the golden light to the Palace of Versailles, or accompanying us to the Forests of Ubud in Bali. Every story will take you on a journey across the Earth, showcasing local design, tales and craftsmanship.
