Music. Meditation. Sacred rituals. It'll be kind of like a religious service...but not.About this Event
Religion can be tricky for some of us and, suuuure, it's got some baggage. But it doesn't come from a vacuum. It responds to key human longings we all share. Things like:
A need for community. We want to feel part of something, that we have a place within a larger group, and that we fully belong there.
Curiosity about the 'big questions.' What's the meaning of life? What happens when we die? What is nature of reality? What is consciousness? Since we've been human, we've been compelled to grapple with the staggering mysteries of existence...
Experiencing the sublime. We all seek occasions to break free from our conventional perceptions and tap into moments of wonder, awe, and transcendence.

Praysentia is a project we* created to speak to these longings. We hope to offer a truly relig-ish experience.
Like in religion, we'll be asking big questions. Unlike religion, we won't provide answers. Instead, we'll offer a creative framework and sacred vibes-y space for you to explore mindfully within yourself, and in community.
Whether you're just interested in meditating with music and a bunch of like-minded people, or you want to really play with your spirituality and relig-ishness, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Join us for Praysentia Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 10:00am!
