This workshop will help teachers enhance their Vinyasa Yoga teaching skills through experiential exercises to tap into intuition and build confidence. Teachers will leave feeling comfortable delivering a strong class without pre-planning and without staying on their mat for the duration of the class.The Confident Yoga Teacher training is especially helpful for 200hr RYT's who have completed their training online and need in-person feedback and teaching experience.
In this 6 hour workshop we will work closely with one another to find the areas of our teaching that need strengthening. With an emphasis on the three C’s that make Yoga Teachers successful and impactful, (Confidence, Creativity, Connection). Teachers will leave with a stronger foundation and confidence to show up powerfully for their students.
Notes:
*Teachers will be asked to submit a sample teaching video before our workshop begins, If you are not currently teaching, please contact me (Danielle).
*Please be ready to practice and teach (come as you are, teach as you normally would).
*Please bring a yoga mat, water, and journal.
*We will break for 1hr for dinner. You can bring food or purchase locally. All teachers need to be present for the full 6hrs of teaching to receive the CE credits for Yoga Alliance.
This workshop is eligible for 6 CE (Continuing Education) credits with Yoga Alliance.
(every 3 years, RYT’s are required to complete at least 10 in-person training hours with a YACEP to maintain their designation).
