In a realm of shimmering snow and sugar plum dreams, a young girl named Clara found herself swept away on a magical Christmas Eve. A wooden nutcracker gift transformed before her very eyes, becoming a valiant prince. As the clock chimed midnight, Clara was whisked away on a whirlwind journey through a wondrous land of snow-covered forests and shimmering palaces, where she battled against a fearsome Rat King and danced with sugar plum fairies. Clara visits a land where toys came alive, the boundary between reality and dreams blurred, leaving Clara with a Christmas memory that we would love to share with you!
The showcase is an hour long, with intermission.
This show is performed by “The Company” of Expressive Dance Studio, made up of pre-professional and professional dancers, with guests from our studio’s school.
