The Comedy Show Revival: Revival

The comedic artistry of the Bay Area comes together for a stand up comedy showcase Thursday January 26th in Downtown Berkeley. Join us at Revival Bar + Kitchen where we transform their private dining room into a comedic space that’s proven to be nothing but laughs!

* Stand-up starts at 7:30pm.

*Special documentary screening at 7:00pm.

*Doors open at 6:30pm to settle in. Want to skip the screening? Come at 7:15!

* Happy hour all night long with food and drink specials ?

* The show ends around 9pm.

*The performers are our funny friends from all around the Bay Area.

ABOUT REVIVAL BAR + KITCHEN

Revival’s food is sustainably and responsibly sourced with an emphasis on organic ingredients. They use local farms and ranches who raise quality proteins and vegetables to keep the menu both tasty and resource efficient. These ideas inform the cocktail program with drinks that feature the finest seasonal ingredients from a lively liquor list and a stunning wine program featuring bottles from around the world.

The location is right at the beginning of the theater row in downtown Berkeley, within a block of the Berkeley Reperatory Theater, The Aurora Theater, Freight & Salvage, and just a couple blocks from UC Berkeley. Revival is easily accessible.

The Downtown Berkeley BART station is literally right outside the door, with three parking garages within a five minute stroll.

This is the fifth show at Revival and we are proud of what we are accomplishing. After a holiday break, The Comedy Show Revival shall be REVIVED! We have been integrating our show live and online by creating unique promotional videos that give a sneak peak to the talent being showcased. Have fun with us as we continue to grow and laugh online by adding our Instagram @comedynightrevival.

For our January show we will be sharing a short documentary that wraps up the first phase of our production’s journey. Producers Andrew & David retell the story of partnering for Revival and the difficulties of creating something unique. This is the origins of what we are doing and the direction the comedy show will grow. If you'd like to see it, please arrive by 7:00p.m.

Doors open at 6:30pm with the documentary starting at 7:00pm, and then our live comedy show starting at 7:30pm. Please come a little early to get settled in for a private screening for our pilot in Downtown Berkeley.
