Katie is a Colorado-based real estate investor and agent who specializes in STR acquisitions for high-income earners. Her background is in financial advising, tax strategy, and investor relations. She underwrites deals before the transaction and consults clients through the setup after it, connecting them to a network of STR-specific vendors who know how to build a property that performs.
