About this Event

There are some rooms you attend.

And there are some rooms that stay with you long after you leave.

The Collective Table — Atlanta is an intentional in-person gathering hosted by the AIM Women Network at Afröcafé West End for African immigrant and diaspora women who are building, navigating, leading, growing, pivoting, and becoming.

It is not a conference. It is not a panel. It is not performative networking.

It is a thoughtfully curated afternoon experience designed to create real conversation, meaningful connection, and collective support among women who understand both the ambition and the complexity of building life, career, business, and community across cultures.

The afternoon moves through a guided tea experience led by the Afröcafé barista — an intentional, communal moment that sets the tone for everything that follows. From there women move into speed connections, a collaborative think tank where tables work through shared challenges together, and a collective conversation anchored by one question that opens the floor to honest, human exchange.

Your ticket includes a curated light bite and the guided tea experience. This is an intentional gathering — arrive, settle in, and be fully present.

What to Expect

  • A guided tea experience hosted by the Afröcafé barista
  • Speed connections with women navigating similar paths
  • A collaborative think tank — tables working through real challenges together
  • A collective conversation anchored by one powerful question

You do not need to know anyone attending to belong in the room.
