About this Event

Welcome to The Cognitive Collective!

The Cognitive Collective: Dementia & Aging Care Conference is a free community event hosted by Passion LLC that brings together caregivers, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to support individuals living with dementia and other age-related conditions.

The conference is designed to educate, empower, and connect attendees with trusted resources that help them navigate every stage of the dementia journey—from diagnosis through long-term care planning. Participants will have access to expert speakers, educational sessions, community organizations, and local service providers offering guidance on financial and estate planning, home health services, Medic*tion management, caregiver support, housing options, and other aging-related resources.

With a special focus on addressing disparities in the Black community, The Cognitive Collective aims to increase awareness, improve access to services, and foster meaningful partnerships that enhance the quality of life for older adults and those who care for them. The event provides a welcoming space where families can ask questions, build connections, and leave with practical tools and support for the road ahead.
