About this Event

Meet us at Aveley Farms in Timonium for coffee and connections! Start off with Personal Trainer, Hope Regalbuto, as she will guide you through 45 minute bodyweight workout and stretch then reward yourself with a cup of coffee of your choice! Be sure to stick around for some realty yap with local realtor, Laura Livengood. This is event is for anyone and everyone! (strongly encouraged that you bring a mat/towel, optional to bring business cards)
