FAQ's
Q: What should I wear?

Think cute and functional. We recommend:

  • Boots, Fuegos or similar for lots of dancing (change into crocs when your feet can’t take it anymore, bring it all).
  • Dress like you! Whether that’s casual wear (like jean shorts and a t-shirt) or sparkles & fringe, we encourage you to bring whatever makes you feel most comfortable and fabulous. We are no stranger to the mid-day outfit change - you are welcome to bring your cute clothes to start and then be comfy by night (or vice versa).
  • Optional: Hat, bandana, sparkle, or whatever makes you feel your best dancing in the club.

Q: What should I bring?

Pack like you're prepping for a mini festival + workout hybrid:

  • A refillable water bottle (hydration = stamina = slay)
  • Snacks or a light meal between sessions (food vendors will be on-site)
  • Deodorant / small towel / wipes—yes, you’ll get sweaty
  • A portable phone charger
  • ID + card/cash (for merch, drinks, etc.)
  • Portable or handheld fans
  • Optional camping chair or blanket to hang out if you need a break from dancing
  • And most importantly, your fun-ass attitude.

Q: How should I plan for the weekend?
  • Clear your schedule. This is two full days of dancing, learning, and vibing.
  • Arrive early to check in, put your things down, and meet your fellow dancing queens/kings.
  • Consider coordinating outfits or themes with your crew (we love a group look)

Q: Can I come solo?

A: Hell yes. This is a community-first kind of event. Many people roll solo and leave with group chats full of new besties.

Q: Is it beginner-friendly?

A: Absolutely. Whether you’ve never danced a step or you’re a regular, we’ve got space (and pace) for everyone.

Q: What about parking, daily agenda, competitions, and local accommodations?

A: Hang tight - we are planners too! For the most up to date information please follow our instagram @dancingwiththeclub and stay tuned for additional details via email in the weeks leading up to the event. In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out via instagram with any questions or concerns.

Q: Will there be alcohol / food / breaks?

A: We’ll give you a detailed schedule, but yes—breaks are built in, and there’s a bar, coffee and vendors to fuel you all day and night. You’ll have time to refuel, chill, and swap Insta handles.

Q: Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

A: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We know life happens, but due to limited capacity and advance planning, we’re unable to offer refunds at this time.

Can’t make it? You can transfer your ticket to someone else!

  • Ticket transfers are completely up to you to coordinate.
  • You can transfer your Eventbrite ticket to a new attendee by editing the contact information.
  • The Club organizers will not manage transfers or handle payment exchanges between attendees.

Q: What's the vibe, really?

A: It’s giving:

✨ Music loud, spirits high

✨ Learning without pressure

✨ Glowy skin and sore feet

✨ Community, confidence, and carefree moves

✨ A fun-ass weekend with your friends—even the ones you haven’t met yet.
