This is the last workshop of this term. Before we pause for the summer, we gather one last time to slow down and truly meet each other. The Sacred Pause is an evening of nourishment — breath, presence, and the quiet art of conscious connection. A tender closing of the term, held together.

This evening is for Noden members – part of the community we co-create together.

Please bring something simple to share for our communal fika during the break – something you enjoy, to offer the group.
All levels are warmly welcome, regardless of previous experience.
We will be together until 21:30, and afterwards we close with LNT – Leave No Trace, taking care of the space together and leaving it as beautiful (or more) than we found it.
