The Circle Process

In Austin ISD we utilize Restorative Practices to create affirming spaces for our students, staff, and families. Restorative practices offer a continuum of approaches from restorative communication to more formal practices like circles. This session provides participants with the knowledge and skills to facilitate community building and check in circles. Participants will learn the circle components and how to develop their practice as a circle keeper.
