If you’ve ever felt a gut feeling or quiet nudge, you already know how to listen inward. Trusting your guides is much the same: a practice, a relationship, and a soft remembering that you are never alone.
In this experience, you will:
Rest in stillness and sense the nearness of spiritual support
Learn simple ways to invite guidance into daily life
Experience a gentle meditation to meet or deepen trust with your guides
