We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you to join us at this year's highly anticipated CIPD Annual Meeting and inspirational talks with Veronica Owusu and Vice chair Emma Brookes
In our pivotal roles, we often find ourselves supporting individuals navigating personal setbacks, such as job loss or relationship challenges, which profoundly impact both their professional performance and personal well-being. As guardians of organisational culture and advocates for employee support, it's essential for us to equip ourselves with the tools necessary to guide individuals through these trying times.
Join us for an insightful discussion with inspirational speaker and best selling author Veronica Owusu, where we will explore invaluable insights aimed at empowering both ourselves and those we support.Throughout this engaging session, we will delve into key pillars essential for navigating life's challenges with resilience:
🔍 Uncovering Authentic Identity: Encouraging individuals to explore their core identity fosters self-awareness and resilience, laying the foundation for personal and professional growth for both individuals and ourselves.
🧠Shifting Mindsets to Gain Invaluable Prespctive: Cultivating a growth mindset is paramount in reframing setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth, enabling individuals, and ourselves, to bounce back stronger.
🎯 Revealing Your Purpose: By helping individuals align their personal values with organizational goals, we empower them, and ourselves, to find purpose even amidst adversity.
🌟 Taking Inspired Action: Equipping individuals with the tools to take strategic, purpose-driven actions empowers them, and us, to navigate challenges effectively and achieve professional objectives.
🌱 Embracing The Path To Ultimate Transformation: Emphasizing the importance of embracing change and continuous growth fosters resilience and adaptability, essential traits for both personal and professional development in today's dynamic workplace.
We will embark on a journey of mutual professional development and personal growth as we learn to navigate life's challenges with resilience and compassion. By embodying these principles, we not only strengthen our own capabilities but also cultivate a culture of support and empowerment within our organisations and ourselves.
