The Christmas Experience

Enjoy a unique Christmas experience for all ages with a huge range of activities that are sure to make you feel festive and excited! All activities are included in the ticket price.
Petting Zoo:
Santa would love for you to meet some of his favourite pets! Cuddle a hedgehog, fuss our adorable rabbits, spot our cheeky Meerkats and much more. There will be plenty of animal handling and unique photo opportunities throughout the meet and greets.
Winter Wonderland Photo Stop:
Immerse yourself in the magic of our indoor winter wonderland as you enjoy stunning festive scenes and magical lights. Make sure you capture those moments with plenty of beautiful photo opportunities throughout.
Santa's Grotto:
Leave the icy wonders behind and set foot into Santa's Workshop! An excited Elf will let you into a beautiful authentic grotto where the man himself is there waiting for you. Take your time and watch as your child's eyes light up with wonder. Your meeting with Santa cannot be rushed and is truly personal to you and your family. Santa even has a special gift for each child.
Crafts:
Leave the grotto straight into a bustling Elves Workshop. The excitable elves can't wait to show you the crafts that they have been working on. Choose a quality wooden craft for yourself and take a seat by the fire place to decorate it ready to take home.
You only need to purchase tickets for children 0 - 15yrs
Two adults are free per time slot. Additional adults will be charged at £3 each on arrival to the event (max 4 adults permitted per time slot)
