Please Note:

• Each Fast Entry Pass is valid for (1) one person and includes (1) one complimentary souvenir mug.
• Fast Entry Passes are only available for Saturdays and Sundays during the market's operating hours, between Nov 18 – Dec 23, 2023.
• You will have to enter the market within the designated 30-minute timeslot of the ticket you purchase. In order to allow for a seamless entry, we reduced each timeslot to very few spots; hence, it is important that you don’t show up early or late as we cannot guarantee entry anymore if you miss your chosen timeslot!
• Tickets are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather leading to the official closure of the market, there will be exceptions for refunds. Please review the refunds policy for more information.

Where is the entrance?

Registration will be held at the north entrance off of North Clark Street between the Festival Tent and the Richard J. Daley Center. This entrance will exclusively be used for the check-in of our Fast Entry Pass and Stammtisch Guests. You can find a map with the entrance here.

Can I purchase a ticket if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes! Once you arrive at the payment screen you will be asked to input your PayPal account information. You have two ticket purchasing options:

• Login and pay with your PayPal account or
• Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay without using a PayPal account .

Is there an age limit or ID requirements to enter the event?

This event is open to guests of all ages; however, all guests must be 21 years or older and have a valid ID with them if they want to enjoy any of the alcoholic beverages on-site.  

Do I need to purchase tickets for children?

Children 5 years and under can enter for free through the Fast Entry Pass entrance with a ticket holder. All guests 6 years and older need to purchase a ticket for Fast Entry.

When do ticket sales end? Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets for a specific timeslot can be purchased as long as supplies last and will be available until 15 minutes into the 30-minute timeslot. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door but have to be acquired online before heading to the entrance to check in.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to the event?

This event is located at Daley Plaza, 50 W Washington Street in Downtown Chicago and is easily accessible to visitors from all over, including arrival by car, train, bus, taxi, or foot. Is my ticket transferrable? What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-transferrable. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, leading to the closure of the market, special rules apply.

The Christkindlmarket Chicago has and will always be an admission-free event. With its rise in popularity, there have been long lines to get into the market on the weekends and many complaints about waiting in line to enter. For this reason, we came up with the solution of a Fast Entry Pass as a ticketed option.

What happens if I am late?

Your ticket is only valid for the timeslot it is purchased for. Please plan accordingly in order to arrive on time. No early or late admission will be accepted. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
