This last workshop will be led by choreographer Philippa Donnellan with guest dance artist Yves Lorrhan.

In this workshops you’ll move, create and collaborate, beginning each session with a technical warm‑up to awaken and expand both body and mind.

Through sensory movement tasks you’ll explore ways to connect with others and with your surroundings, and playfully improvise with rhythm, the voice and body percussion to inspire individual expression and new choreography.

Whether you are looking to deepen your dance practice, spark fresh ideas or simply reconnect with movement, this lab offers a welcoming space to experiment and explore dance.
